    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, pretty sure I ordered on BT website on 1st October.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was confusion about my order with landline missed too which was resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Waiting for the inevitable email that never was....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Signed up, had the equipment and loads of emails about everything except the reward card, which is one of the main reasons I decided to go for BT so that I could recover all the "set-up" fees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; I checked my account and it says I'm not eligible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The reward cards are not offered directly from the BT website, did you use a comparison site to see the offer?&lt;/P&gt;
