Rewards card

I signed up for BT broadband Tv and phone on 10/10/23 and was all services were activated 24/10/23. I was aware of reward card offer when I signed up but didn’t recieve offer in my confirmation email so phoned BT to enquire and was told I had to wait till the cooling off period ended which was yesterday. My question is should I have recieved offer in my confirmation email of order or does it come after cooling off period???

Hi @Feeiona welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Yes, if the order was eligible for a reward card it would have been detailed in your order confirmation email. To be eligible the order needs to be made on an affiliate site like Uswitch that has an active reward card promotion. How was your order placed and on what date?

I ordered thru BT but BT website states the order has to be done through BT to be eligible for reward

@Feeiona The BT website has not offered rewards cards since 2020, the order has to come from an affiliate website that links you to the BT order webpage. If you ordered directly on the BT webpage without being directed there by an affiliate (comparison website) then unfortunately it's not eligible for a reward card.
