TNT sports still on next month’s estimated bill

As the title says my estimated bill due next week still shows tnt sports

i cancelled this a month ago as it is paid in advance this should not be on here

if it is charged will I get this refunded

Hi @bluedoo62,

If you cancelled the service about a month ago, then the charges should drop off soon. Generally, we require a minimum period of 30 days' notice for cancellations.

Since your bill isn't due until next week, it should show the end date of TNT Sports. You shouldn't have new charges for the rest of November or December.

If you do have charges on the bill, you can get in touch with us here or use our customer services either. We may need to get involved if everything hasn't gone exactly to plan.

tnt sport ends today so will see what next bill actually shows,if it still shows a charge for tnt sports will get back in touch
