    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently moved house and returned to BT from Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't been with BT for many years but I have 3 old accounts as well as the new account associated with MyBT ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 3 old unused accounts are causing the website to behave strangely, I can't view my products, bills, orders or offers, just get error messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to get the 3 old accounts removed from My BT ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried several times to get this fixed by the calling customer services but they haven't not been able to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have a different email address I can use for my BT ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no option to remove accounts on the website, just to add accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could someone advise me on how to get this fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with your details.&lt;/P&gt;
