Hi, I also haven't received the voucher along with my referal.

I got an email from BT saying my friend has paid his 1st bill and now we are eligable for the voucher promotion. this was back in April (email received 25th April). I did reply stating we both haven't received the voucher but I did not get a reply.

Can someone look into this?

I've had an update from the Promotions Team. They confirmed that you are entitled to the voucher and have placed an order to have one sent to you. You should receive this in the next few days.
