      <title>7 cancelled orders later and still getting no where</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help me resolve an issue with my TV package. I got a text message to let me know my tv contract was coming to an end. I rang up and ask if I could downgrade to Entertainment with HD add on and Now Boost. The agent advised of course no problem. &amp;nbsp;After 7 cancelled orders later, £95.00 credit on my account for all the issue I’m having(which I haven’t had yet) I have open complaints and debts hours on the phone and getting no where.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m at wits end and just wanted the package price I was quoted and the credit that I was promised.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help me get this resolved ASAP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paul&lt;/P&gt;</description>
