Can no longer see my bills for BT Premium e-mail on MyBT

I 've logged into MyBT to get info for moderation team to sort a problem. (I'm assuming this is legit I had a private message asking for my account details from moderator @RobbieMac ) However when I choose "Bills and Usage" I am redirected to a page that shows this

and I can't get any further.
