Old BT account causing issues

Hi.

I have two accounts assigned to my BT ID.

The old one should be closed and inactive but somehow it making problems.

I'm unable to see any data in BT Application

I'm unable to purchase /upgrade my broadband because when pressing checkout, showing errors about account.

Please advise.
