    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been having an issue with MyBT for a while in that it shows three account numbers under MyBT. I spoke with a very helpful customer advisor over the phone that managed to assist in removing the two old account numbers however I am still having issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under: your details - account - it shows&amp;nbsp; my current account number with the two old ones now removed whereas before it showed three. However, when I go to either 'billing' or 'my products' it shows only the two old account numbers and not my current one meaning I cannot view the products currently attached to my account nor view my billing. &lt;P&gt;As the old accounts don't show under your accounts it should work ok.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're using a web browser try clearing your cookies and cache. If you're using the app try an uninstall and re-install of the app and see if either of these suggestions resolve the problem. Post back and let us know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;
