Cancel landline

Hi I wish to cancel our landline but keep the broadband, every time I call I get just get stuck on hold, can someone help me get this cancelled.

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

You cannot cancel your landline (phone service) without it cancelling your broadband.

What you can do is to re-contract and get broadband without a phone service.

This will result in a saving of about £5 plus any call packages you may have.

You will no longer be able to make or receive phone calls.
