      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just received an email telling me I have ordered an xbox game and that Iwillbe billed each month. I havent ordered anything. I cannot contact BT to cancel. How do I cancel something I never asked for?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To cancel it login via &lt;A href="http://www.bt.com/mybt" target="_blank"&gt;www.bt.com/mybt&lt;/A&gt; and then go MyBT &amp;gt; Your Products &amp;gt; Gaming &amp;gt; switch off renewal to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're saying you never ordered it, I would advise changing your password on MyBT ASAP and enable &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/security/two-step-authentication" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Two-step authentication (2SA)&lt;/A&gt; because the chances are you're using the same email and password on another site that has had a data breach, any other sites you share the same login I'd do the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
