Another one waiting on Amazon referral vouchers

I haven't had success anywhere else so I'll join the queue here...

Referred a friend in July, got the confirmation email, nothing since.

Neither of us has received the vouchers and she paid her first bill over 3 months ago.

It really doesn't fill me with confidence in BT at all!
