Game Pass Unlink

My 6 month Game Pass Free is due to expire on 9/9/23 - I would like to unlink the account in time for this or sooner if needs be.

@SpindlyBear91 If you visit MyBT and opt out of the Game Pass autorenewal it will unlink when the free period has finished.

I have already flicked the switch to Off on the auto renew so I’ll keep an eye on it and get in touch if it doesn’t unlink

Hi there, today is the day it’s due to expire I flicked the renew switch to off at the start of the month.

Hi @SpindlyBear91 I'm sorry, we pick up the private messages in the order they are received and should get to your message this afternoon. Depending on the problem it could take a few more days to resolve especially if a case needs to be raised to Microsoft to unlink the account.

I’ve logged into Microsoft a few times and it’s still the same, I’ve even phoned Microsoft and they cannot touch it. I’m Anxious to get this fixed as soon as possible, as I have a Month Gift card to apply and don’t want it to expire.
