I’ve just started a new Broadband service with BT and the same is happening. Please can you send me the link to the team who can resolve this for me. Thank you

Have you had service previously? Are you using the same BTiD?

@DavidM I had BT about 7 or 8 years ago and when I log into the app I see an account number which isn’t the one which is on the welcome email for the service which has started today. I’m using the same email address which I had when I previously had BT Broadband.
