Hi @iainpdavies, welcome to the forum and I've moved your post to create your own thread as the previous thread is already resolved.

If you are able to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok.
If you don't have another email address you can use let me know as we will need to delete your BTID and you can set it up again.

Thankd for getting back to me. I do have another emil address but would prefer to use my main one for the BT account. I would be greatful if you could demove the other account completely if possible?
