Free Xbox ultimate 12 month pass

So for the last 3 weeks I've been chasing up the free pass that comes with 900mbps package. Received a credit for the problems encountered while waiting for the activation email from the customer service.

Now I'm being told I'm not eligible as its a renewal?

Hi, @zebedee4ever that's correct the free game pass is provided on the initial full fibre order and not again for subsequent renewals. How did you place your renewal order?

Renewed online after 12 months before contract end date of 24 months. Upgraded to next level from halo.
