    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I got a free Xbox Game Pass when I took out a broadband package which has now expired. I am trying to add a Game Pass code to the account but it is saying it can't because it is linked to the BT account. Can someone help in delinking the Xbox account from the BT account please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
