Delink BT account from Xbox Game Pass

Hi, I got a free Xbox Game Pass when I took out a broadband package which has now expired. I am trying to add a Game Pass code to the account but it is saying it can't because it is linked to the BT account. Can someone help in delinking the Xbox account from the BT account please?

Hi @cj98, I can see that the Xbox team has been trying to get in touch with you to confirm this is fixed and for you to check. Please check and let me know that your account is now back with Microsoft.
