Hi All,

I have the same issue. I have recently taken out a broadband package and was provided with a new account number and my old account (which I had for the BT Sport app only) also shows up when I log in and is causing issues.

I would like to delete the old account I used for the BT Sport app. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

try the billing team and they should be able to help
