Remove old BT accounts from MyBT

Hi,

I am trying to redeam my free Xbox Game Pass but the Content Partner section is not visable. Reading into this in the forums this is likely due to having two old accounts associated with my MyBT ID as well as my current one.

How do I go about removing these old accounts.
