I have migrated over from BT Broadband to EE Broadband and I have had both my first bill from EE and my final bill from BT and my BT account is in credit after the final bill by approx £90 due to them crediting me for a few months free broadband on the move over to EE. What happens to that £90? will it be automatically refunded to my bank account, get moved over to my EE account or just sit in limbo?

Howdy @highnoon1966 and thanks for posting.

Once the final bill for your BT broadband has been produced any credits will be sent back to your bank acount if you pay by direct debit.

Cheers
