Requesting a returns bag

I know this has been asked before, but it looks as if I need to ask again to get a reply.

I need an equipment return bag. The online guide says I can do that on mybt, but apparently it isn't so.

I could wait for a weekday, then phone and wait for flipping ages, if I can work out what kind of a call I'm making according to the button press menus. Which I can't.

If they really don't want want stuff binned this HAS to be made easier and quicker.

So is there any simple way to get a bag sent to me?
