I Returned kit but still getting messages asking for it to be returned

Is there an easy way to provide returned kit tracking numbers - I can see the kit was delivered back to BT end of Oct and in Nov but still getting messages about going to be charged.
I’ve tried to get thorough to CS but phone line always busy
