    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have left BT &amp;amp; my service was transferred to another provider in October &amp;amp; I still haven’t received a final bill. BT have taken a further DD which they weren’t supposed to. I have had an online chat over 2 weeks ago where they said that it was an error there end &amp;amp; they would get the final bill produced but I still haven’t had it &amp;amp; no refund has been issued! Has anyone else had this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
