Hi,

Ordered Fibre Halo 3 with Complete Wi-Fi. I have received Smart Hub 2 and Additional Disc but no Hybrid Connect.

The offer/order does specify it includes the "Keep Connected Promise" with Hybrid Connect.

Should the Hybrid Connect have come at the same time?

You only get a Hybrid Connect with Halo 3+.

So this "Keep Connected Promise" only means if I have problems? There was no Halo 3+ on any of the deals I could compare and I was talking to the agent about having Hybrid Connect when I ordered. Maybe I'll have to call them back.

With Halo3+ you get a Hybrid Connect device that is permanently connected to your hub and switches over automatically on line failure. With Halo3, you have to request a device when the line fails.
