    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just had notification that I've ordered an XBox Game Pass through my BT account at £10 a month. I know that I didn't as I have a paid up subscription for the next 2 years! I doubt it's because the accounts been compromised as I changed my password and added 2 factor authentication 2 days ago and this seems to have happened since - although I can't check the actual order details on MyBT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a ploy by BT to add something to my bill I didn't want?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Get in touch with our billing team on this link &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;Broadband | BT Help&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt; &amp;nbsp;and choose the option to 'Message now' and they'll be able to help you with a refund of the charge to resolve this.&lt;/P&gt;
