Amazon voucher not received on BT broadband referral

Hi,

My friend referred me for BT broadband and I have got my connection in September 2023. But both of us haven't got the Amazon voucher yet.

The refer a friend scheme ended as of the 10/09/2023.

When did they make the referral?

Hi @Keith_Beddoe 6th Sept. We both did receive a mail saying we will be getting a Amazon voucher.

Hi @HariK, thanks for getting in touch and the promotions team has arranged for the refer a friend vouchers for you. They should be with you within 30 days and please check your spam/junk folder as the email may end up in that folder if it's not in your inbox,
