I am no longer a customer of BT - could someone advise how I request my account and details to be deleted?

I wish for my email account to be deleted (never used) and my web site login details to be deleted so it is not at risk of being hacked/hijacked etc.

I need my PII to be deleted as well such as mobile numbers and addresses etc.

thank you for the link.

Its very frustrating and inefficient for folks to find this information. I have spent a lot of time searching around when this information should be on 'MyBT' site / pages.

I have spent so much time trying to get the answer so appreciate the information.
