I have been an avid Virgin Customer for 20+ Years, but they started to hike my price considerably, which led me to look for other Broadband options. BT Fibre 900 was an attractive option, with 130 cashback, 3 months free, and 12 months Xbox Pass. I went through Topcashback, but the transaction hasn't been tracked yet on the site, there is currently a claim open for this. Has anyone else had this same issue with BT not confirming the order in a timely fashion?<BR /><BR />Details - Signed up for for BT 23rd Nov - +2 weeks on, still nothing.
