Lost now tv and sports channels

Hi, since BT moved over to EE , I seem to have lost access to the now tv and sports package that I have subscribed to. When I try to watch the sky sports channels for example it take me to the now tv page asking me to upgrade ? I have done a factory reset and re connected my router to the box but nothing has changed . Has anyone else had this issue ? Do I need to contact BT or is it something I can sort myself ?

Thanks for your post. I am sorry for the problems you're having watching the NOW channels and Sports package you're subscribed to. Give our guides in the helpdesk a shout on 0330 1234 150 and they'll get this all sorted for you.
