Parent moving into care home

My parents are moving into a care home. I have been able to cancel their council tax and other services and would like advice on what to do about their BT package. I have power of attorney. They are not in a position to pay this any longer. Can someone contact me to advise me what to do as I don’t want to ring the normal line and be told there is an exit fee in these circumstances and go round in circles at this very stressful time.
