    <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned my kit to BT on 18/11/23. I have tracked the kit with Royal Mail and it was delivered 23/11/23.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I have received a final reminder today about returning my kit with BT saying they haven’t received it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anybody know how this can be solved? I am getting nowhere when calling.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a quick check through postings on this forum you should find this is a regular occurence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT apparently take 3 to 4 weeks to log return of kit on their system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have your tracking details the the item has been delivered call BT 0330.1234.150 and they will up date your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
