My account is saying that I have yet to return my old router after upgrading to full fibre but the kit was sent back on the 30th October and my account hasn't been updated yet. Can someone have a look please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the proof of postage if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
