Delete old accounts on MyBT login

I am trying to change my address but when I log in I’m automatically taken to an old account.
I have two old unused accounts on my profile

please help me to delete them so I can get on with my move!

If you have another email address you can set up a new BTiD but if that doesn't suit I can look into this for you. Just check your inbox for my message and drop me over the details.

Thanks David. I do have another email address I can use. Is it quite straightforward, just starting from scratch?

Hi @Sarabeth, yes it should be simple. Go to Create BT ID and using your other email address input your active account number and it should take you through the registration process ok,
