Xbox Ultimate Game pass activated on myBT but not on Xbox account

I recently got an email stating this content game pass ultimate was activated but when I check my Xbox account on the same email that is linked to my myBT account i.e. my registered email it says its expired and not showing as active.

I didn't receive anything asking me to link an account just the fact that the content had been activated. Any help to link my account would much appreciated.

Manged to get through on the phone a case has been raised as the subscription is active but also I was opted out at the same time

Hi @dylanr97 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'd recommend changing your MyBT password and setting up 2-step verification as it sounds like it has been compromised. Did the helpdesk organise a refund?
