line down but no bill reduction

Any advice appreciated. My broadband was down during storm babet back in October. A tree took out the cable. BT took about 10 days to repair this. They have all the records. But despite this, there is no reduction on my bill. Any thoughts on how to make contact with someone who can fix this? Thanks. ATAP

As I understand it you are entitled to automtc compsenation please see: https://www.bt.com/help/account-and-billing/automatic-compensation
