Hello,

We took out BT Broadband and a reward card was part of the deal although I have not received any confirmation as yet. Are you able to look into this please?

Our customer service guys should be able to sort this out for you on 0330 1234 150 but if that doesn't suit I've dropped you a private message so you can get in touch. We're really busy at present so it's taking longer than usual to reply but once you submit the details we'll get to you in turn.
