Welcome to the Community.

There is a process in place for this now to make this much simpler and remove the stress.

If you call us on 03301234150 and select billing this should be a straightforward call. If you try this and have any issues please post back and I don't foresee a problem. We're experiencing unusually high volumes and this might be a quicker solution for you, but please come back to me should you need to.

Thanks for the advice, the member of staff who assisted me was so good. Was able to get everything changed in 5 mins
