    <description>&lt;P&gt;if you still have the proof of postage from the post office you sent it you can call bt when they open&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they will want the tracking number (I have seen it called bar code number)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it looks something like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AA123456789AA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with that they should be able to find where it is and get is marked as returned for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive returned my BT equipment but I’m getting emails that I only have 6 days left to return it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I retuned it on 2/11 and it was delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;what can I do about this? I don’t want to be charged for the equipment!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the emails you're receiving about returning the equipment. &amp;nbsp;I understand from what you've said that you sent the equipment back at the beginning of November. &amp;nbsp;Did you obtain a proof of postage when you returned the equipment?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give one of our guides in the helpdesk a call with the reference on your proof of postage and they'll mark it as returned for you. &amp;nbsp;You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.&lt;/P&gt;
