&lt;P&gt;Welcome and thanks for your post!&amp;nbsp; I have moved your post to start your own thread discussion.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I understand you'd like to change the Netflix account associated with your BT package.&amp;nbsp; Have you had a word with our guides in the helpdesk?&amp;nbsp; You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The reason I am suggesting this is you may be able to get this resolved sooner than having to wait for us.&amp;nbsp; As we are a small team and are very busy at present, it'd be after the Christmas period before we get round to picking your case up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Post back and let me know how you get on chatting with my colleagues in the helpdesk &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
