Help changing Netflix account

Hi Rob,

I also need to change the netflix account associated with my bt package. Could you message me with instructions on how to do it as well as I cant seem to find the instructions on the site.

Welcome and thanks for your post! I have moved your post to start your own thread discussion.

I understand you'd like to change the Netflix account associated with your BT package. Have you had a word with our guides in the helpdesk? You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.

The reason I am suggesting this is you may be able to get this resolved sooner than having to wait for us. As we are a small team and are very busy at present, it'd be after the Christmas period before we get round to picking your case up.
