      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a reward card to claim but when I go to claim it, there is nothing on the page. Been up and running with broadband for a week now. Any suggestions would be great&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to be out of the 14 day cancellation period other wise you could claim the card then cancel the broadband and be quids in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;most customers receive digital rewards cards between 20 &amp;amp; 30 days of going live.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as previously mentioned this is due to your 14 day cooling off period so you cannot claim in until your contract starts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it’s been longer then 30 days then you’ll need to contact BT if it hasn’t then don’t worry it’ll be on its ways.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
