Reward card

Please can someone help.

I have a reward card to claim but when I go to claim it, there is nothing on the page. Been up and running with broadband for a week now. Any suggestions would be great

You need to be out of the 14 day cancellation period other wise you could claim the card then cancel the broadband and be quids in.

Hello,

most customers receive digital rewards cards between 20 & 30 days of going live.

as previously mentioned this is due to your 14 day cooling off period so you cannot claim in until your contract starts.

if it’s been longer then 30 days then you’ll need to contact BT if it hasn’t then don’t worry it’ll be on its ways.
