Multiple accounts one ID

Hi I have recently rejoined BT and my account is defaulting to an old closed account and I can’t view the new account, to manage the product's or view bills . I don’t have another email address to use to create a new BT ID, how do I fix this ?

you can try CS 03301234150 or the billing team who should be able to help
