      <title>Multiple accounts one ID</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have recently rejoined BT and my account is defaulting to an old closed account and I can’t view the new account, to manage the product's or view bills . I don’t have another email address to use to create a new BT ID, how do I fix this ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
