    <description>&lt;P&gt;having recently upgraded my broadband&amp;nbsp; package i returned my old&amp;nbsp; home hub as requested via Royal mail collection from home in the returns bag which BT provided&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;over 4 weeks ago now but&amp;nbsp; i still receiving reminder e mails from BT asking me to return my equipment when they say it ' can take UP TO 3 weeks to process returns' my account still shows item awaiting return this is 4 weeks after returning the item with proof of postage has anyone had problems being charged for items already returned ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for the reply&amp;nbsp; customer service number is closed today with it being a bank holiday&amp;nbsp; no problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can call tomorrow however this morning i have so far now received 2 messages on my phone from BT asking me to return equipment pity they are not as efficient when it comes to resolving problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
