Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months

Yesterday I upgraded to Full Fibre 900 and received an email telling me I was eligible for an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months included at no extra cost.

I've just activated the code but it looks like I'm now going to be charged £10 a month for the service. I also received the following email which seems to confirm this:

Thanks for activating your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

It'll be £10.00 a month. You'll see this on your bill.

You can switch off auto renewal anytime, by going to My BT.

Sorry having redeemed your Xbox Game Pass subscription you've received an email saying you will be charged.

I can have this investigated for you, I'm sending you a private message which will ask for details we need to have this investigated.
