    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hello, when I upgraded to Full fibre, I have been asked to return the wifi disc.&lt;BR /&gt;I already did that since 8th of November 2023, and I have the proof of delivery from Royal Mail. But now I received a mail from BT saying that the equipements did not arrive and I will be charged £30.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please fix that, as I already returned the equipement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
