Reward Cards

Hello,

Took out a TV package with BT or EE TV now, as part of this was supposed to receive a £75 reward card, after my cooling off period which is 14 days from what i have read.

I took the order out on 7th December so should have received this by now just wondering if anyone could help or has had similar issues before.
