Unlinking Xbox account from BT/EE

Have seen a few posts on here with the same issue which seems to be resolved by posting here and being sent further info on how to resolve. Gamepass trial has ran out and I would like to manage via xbox again please.

Hi @royben1 It depends on how busy the Xbox team is, they have a 5 working response time but normally get to them before this.
