there are 3 ways that I know of but 2 of them require you calling BT / (maybe webchat can also do it)

1: Contact BT and ask them to fully delete your BT id, and then after it is gone recreating it

with just the BT account you want. this takes about a day to process.

2: Contact BT and ask them to unlink the old BT account leaving just the one you want this I have found takes

anywhere from 3 to 5 days.

*but these options would only work if you dont care about the old account anymore.

3: create a new BT id with just the account you need to control with a different email address.

this fastest option taking about 10 mins or so and does not need you to contact BT.

I have an old BT account associated to my email address, but my BT won't let me switch between the two on any page other than the bills page. This is stopping me to access certain things, specifically the content partners section to redeem my Game Pass benefit. I cant find a way in my BT to remove the old account, is there a way to do this?

Thanks, in advance for any help!
