    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I canceled my order to downgrade my broadband connection as cancelled my phone line but I phoned up straight away to cancel my downgrade but for sum reasons the order come through to downgrade my speed but I want my speed back up to 60&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so can anyone help me with this please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks Steven Holley&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
