    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to contact BT via phone &amp;amp; chat to see what can be done but with no luck, looking for advice on next steps please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I retuned the router and smart connect both at the same time (December 21st) but in different bags sent by BT. I have proof of posting and proof of delivery for both items. I then got an email confirming the router has been received, today i got another email telling me to return the smart connect before February or i will get charged £63.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to chat (not available) and call. long wait times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice gratefully recieved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need to keep calling BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt and they can then update your account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
