I have been waiting for 50 plus days for my refer a friend voucher and my friend has too my account I have had for 9 months and his went active on the 23 November but nothing yet

The refer a friend scheme ended as of the 10/09/2023.

I got told from 8th of November I will be getting a refer a friend voucher and my mate will be getting on too as I set his bt up on the 8th and every other day since the 8th of November I have called and waited for over 50 days I have just come off the phone today and they said I am getting it and so is my mate but got to wait they dident give me a time scale ò

Hi @Only1f4tl4d,

The refer-a-friend offer expired on the 10th of September 2023. The offer was only available to orders placed online using an online referral link. When your friend placed the order how was this done? It's unlikely that they placed the order through the correct process and this means they wouldn't be entitled to the refer-a-friend offer.

I have been told I am getting a refer a friend voucher since the 8th of November by different bt advisers
